JCB MUD RUN 2016
You’ve asked us to do it again – so we are! We’re delighted to announce that the next messy encounter in the Staffordshire countryside will take place on Saturday 18th June.
What started as a one-off charity event in 2012 attracting 500 fun runners has now become an annual fixture for our filthy followers. A staggering 2800 people came and took part in the fun over our phenomenal 5 mile course. Can we – dare we – dream of even more entries for 2016?
We’re already thinking how much dirtier we can go…… but we’ll keep you guessing on that one. A bit more mud, a few more twists and turns and maybe a little more challenging than before.
Once again, our amazing charity NSPCC, will be at the heart of the event and the beneficiary of your messy antics. Last year we raised a whopping £55,000 and we’d really love to do the same this year…. Or just a bit more perhaps?
We are also delighted to announce that the JCB Mud Run is now a silver affiliate of the OCRA UK and this year we will be hosting an OCRA UK Qualifying Race, where participants will take on a 10km course and more obstacles. Find out more here.
Please help us spread the word by dishing the dirt on the JCB Mud Run 2016 to all your friends and followers. You can also tell us what you liked best, what you’d like to seen next time and when you’ve registered to take part. We’d love to see your posts on our social sites:
Remember! To participate you must be 16 years or over
